- Workstation is meant for working space. Handle furniture with utmost care and keep them clean.
- While cleaning workstation top trim and wooden materials, use a damp cloth with soap water.
- While cleaning the workstations and storage units, use cotton cloth.
- Open & shut the storage unit and pedestal unit gently.
- Clean writing boards with duster.
- Use dusting brush to clean fabric panels. Avoid using liquids.
- Call us for any service issue. Repairing by third party will render the warranty void.
DON’T
- Don’t use nylon / metal brush for cleaning the workstations.
- Don’t use sharp edge items on table top. It may create scratches.
- Don’t sit on the table top.
- Don’t lean / put weight on the workstation partition.
- Don’t rough handle the furniture.
- Don’t use thinner or chemicals to clean the furniture.
- Don’t drag furniture across the floor. It not only damages the floor, but is likely to damage the joinery of the furniture too.
- Don’t spill liquids on panels / table tops.
- Don’t keep heavy weight on tables. They are designed to hold upto 100kg distributed weight.
WARRANTY TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- This warranty applies only for the products purchased from our company
- The warranty period for the products purchased from our company is 1year from the date of Invoice / Delivery.
- The warranty covers any manufacturing defects only under normal use during warranty period.
- During the warranty period, our company will repair or replace product or parts of the product that proves defective because of improper material under normal use and maintenance.
- The warranty does not cover any damages caused by the owner, modifying, attempting to fix or otherwise altering the product.
- This warranty excludes certain items such as cables, glass, mirror, stainless steel accessories, handles and wear and tear of fittings and hardware etc.
- The warranty does not apply if the product was damaged by a natural disaster or other means such as flood, fire, rain etc.
- The warranty does not cover the product or part of it that has been subjected to any accident, liquid contact, negligence, alterations or misuse.
- This also does not warrant that the product won’t become obsolete at some point of time in future.
- This warranty covers only the original purchaser of the product and this warranty is not transferable to subsequent owner or purchaser of the product.
- This warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty given by the company. No employees, agents, dealer or other person is authorized to alter this warranty or make any other warranty on behalf of FRONTIER MODULAR DESIGNS PVT LTD.
- Proof of purchase such as invoice, project handover document must be provided when requesting services under the standard care warranty.
